📬 New IMSS Mailbox section in bFiskur: simplifying business management
Managing obligations with the IMSS can become a complicated task for companies. Among official documents, notifications, and communications, it is common for information to become scattered and lose visibility. To address this challenge, bFiskur has launched a new feature: direct integration with the IMSS Mailbox.
What does this new section offer?
With this update, companies can automatically download all content from their IMSS Mailbox and store it in the bFiskur vault. This includes:
- 📄 Official documents
- 🔔 Important notifications
- 📰 Relevant communications
In this way, the information is centralized in a secure and accessible environment.
How does it work?
The connection is made through the FIEL from the SAT and the credentials of the legal representative. Once the option is configured in the sectionIMSS Connection Data, the system allows the activation of mailbox downloads.
Additionally, you can choose between two modes of operation:
- Partial download: only saves what appears in the main inbox, without marking pending items as read.
- Full download: get all content, including unread items, although this means that messages will be marked as read in the IMSS portal.
